I qualified as a Life Coach in 2010 and set up my own practice in Pentax House, South Harrow in 2012.

Prior to opening Empower You, I worked for a High Street Bank for 13 years, an Investment Bank for 5 years and a Housing Association for 5 years.  I am a mother of one and have been with my partner for 30 years.
